In these strange and uncertain times, anxiety can run high. EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Tapping is the perfect remedy to tone it all down so new possibilities are revealed.

Currently, she offers private online sessions and can customize workshops and groups . She has led workshops at the Omega Institute, Nyack College, Gravity East Village, Wainwright House, and Kalani to name a few. Her areas of focus with clients are: transformation; desires: creativity; Goddess work; forgiveness; PTSD; addiction/codependency; eating disorders; and healing from involvement with narcissists and sexual abuse. Julia is a graduate of Mama Gena's School of the Womanly Arts and a long-time meditation student (and teacher) of Bruce Joel Rubin (www.brucerubin-class.com), in the lineage of Swami Rudranandra. She is currently working on publishing her first book.
