Who we are
Samadhi Yoga Sangha is a community who shares the belief that yoga, practiced together consistently, has the power to enrich lives and strengthen connections.
Since 2001, we have offered weekly classes, workshops, teacher trainings and retreats to yoga enthusiasts in the heart of Uptown Denver, Colorado.
In 2021, we reopened with new ownership and a re-envisioned mission, based on the strong foundation that served so well since Samadhi’s inception: to co-create a community where members are willing to bring their whole selves in mind, body, and spirit… and take that unique authenticity outside of our walls, into the world, to shine. The intention is not to diminish the reality that life can be difficult at times and all humans struggle. Rather, we vow to be here for ourselves, and one another, with integrity and in consideration of our highest selves.
We strive to provide a supportive community for all people. We pride ourselves on the warm inclusion of students of all races, religions, beliefs, ages, gender identities, relational orientations, physical shapes and abilities.
Our Purpose
To co-create a community in honor of the human experience, where we are willing to study how yoga relates to our whole Self: mind, body, and spirit and bring that unique authentic perspective into the world to shine for others.
What we Offer:
Daily yoga-based programming where members who are committed to the practice have a safe space to learn and grow with like-minded people.
Workshops on topics that build upon daily programming to provide new practices that deepen the connection to mind, body and spirit.
Yoga lifestyle and teacher trainings that go deeper than a workshop by immersing participants in all aspects of yogic tradition to fully embody the lifestyle and inspire others to live a more purposeful life.
Immersive, destination-based experiences that remove the structure and stresses of everyday life to propel personal growth to an elevated level.
A mindfully curated retail store offering clothing, books, gifts and other accessories to celebrate the yogic lifestyle.
