Looking for our schedule?

Yin Yoga

Find quiet, contemplation and stillness in Yin style yoga, where students hold poses for 3-5 minutes to reach  the body’s deepest connective tissues -- ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body – rather than the muscles (which are the physical focus of “Yang” yoga practices). Poses are held for an average of 3-5 minutes.

Yoga Nidra

Nidra or yogic sleep is the state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the "going-to-sleep" stage induced by a guided meditation. Yoga Nidra helps relieve stress by helping to activate the relaxation response and improve the functioning of the nervous and endocrine systems.  Both meditation and yoga nidra help cell regeneration and repair, and both help decrease anxiety and improve mood.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative style yoga promotes emotional, mental and physical relaxation.  It is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long supported holds, stillness, and breathing. The effort for Restorative yoga is in the willingness to notice how and where one is holding tension and to relax one’s body fully so the tension found can be released. All levels welcome.  Reiki Restorative adds the healing energy work.

Flow and Restore

The best of both worlds! Starting with an all levels Vinyasa Flow to warm the body, strengthen and build flexibility, followed by Restorative postures to soothe the body, mind and spirit.
